๐ท About the studio
Ziora Bloom is a small studio. Two planners, one florist, one part-time assistant, one dog who occasionally attends site visits. We take a limited number of weddings each year on purpose โ four or five, no more.
We don't chase trends. We don't push a color palette. Our first question on every call is always the same: what does the two of you feel like? The rest of the plan grows out of that answer.
What we don't do: we don't operate a venue, we don't cater, and we don't photograph. We work alongside your chosen vendors โ we help you find them, brief them, and keep them on the same page as you.

How far in advance should we book?
For Signature and Bespoke, 8โ12 months is comfortable. Essential (day-of) can be booked 3โ4 months out. If your date is under three months away, write to us anyway โ sometimes there's a gap.
Do you travel?
Yes, within a two-hour drive of the studio at no extra cost. Beyond that, we quote travel and one overnight per two days on site.
Can you work with vendors we've already chosen?
Always. Most of our couples come with at least one vendor already in mind. We work with them, not around them.
Do you plan elopements?
Yes, and we love them. They often need less planning time but more attention to small details โ the two of us, not two hundred.
Can you handle the flowers as well as the planning?
Yes. Our florist is in-house, which means the design and the arranging stay in the same conversation.
What's a typical budget for a Ziora Bloom wedding?
We work with budgets from about $15,000 all-in for a small gathering, up to $120,000+ for full weekends. Our studio fee is a separate line item and always quoted in writing.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Three instalments is standard, and we can stretch to five for planning bookings.
How do I request a formal proposal?
